Mental Health Therapy Services:
For clients who live in Pennsylvania, I offer mental health therapy via Zoom. These would be ongoing weekly one hour sessions. Cost is $170/hr.
I am considered out-of-network for medical insurance, so for clients who wish to use their medical insurance, please check with your insurance company to see if they offer out-of-network benefits. If they do, I can give you a superbill for each session, so that you can submit the bill for reimbursement.

Consultation and Coaching:
For those who are interested in consultation or coaching services for a particular situation, I offer sessions in 2/hour blocks.
Cost is $500 for 2 hours.
Consultation and coaching is different from therapy in that it is very solution focused. We set a goal and we work toward a solution by the end of the session. Many times clients will schedule additional sessions as desired.

I first started this blog to document my homeschooling journey, but it has evolved to focus on mental health. So sometimes, you will find that I write about education. But at the same time, it was for the mental health of my children that I decided to homeschool!
I am a retired homeschooling mom. I homeschooled my three kids K-12. My three have all graduated from college and are working in their respective fields.
I am also a retired children and youth pastor. I have worked with kids in various capacities for decades and feel more strongly than ever that investing in children is the most rewarding investment to make.
My husband and I have been married for 32 years and are still adjusting to all the changes life continues to bring!
